Meet your audience.
Northern Lights Film Festival would like to help you meet the most important people in the film industry. We know you can make bloody good short films without persuading anyone to fund them. We know that the professional critics have less influence than they used to. But can you find a new audience? This is your opportunity to meet some of your audience – the people whose opinions really matter. Meet Maureen. She’s one of the 2010 festival friends and she is very important to us. Have you got a film for Maureen?
We are inviting mischevious submissions that will challenge and entertain Maureen, make her laugh or cry. We will create a short list of your films and some we have chosen to show to Maureen and some other VIPs. Maureen will judge the winning film from our short list.
Maureen is your audience. Maureen decides the winner.
get your short to us by Monday 15th February and if Maureen selects it we will screen it along side our main shorts programme at the Baltic on Saturday 27th March
