A real treat for families as we revisit the fairytales of Hans Christian Andersen in this fun updated version of the story of the ugly duckling who turns into a beautiful swan.

The ‘Me’ of the title is Ratso, a city slicker rodent who finds himself present at the hatching of the world’s ugliest duckling. Thinking he can use ‘Ugly’ for his own gains, Ratso pretends to be his father, not expecting the perilous journey and problems that lie ahead!

This slick 3D animation is a comic and unconventional retelling of a much-loved tale, proving that the UK and Japan aren’t the only countries capable of giving the US animation studios a run for their money when it comes to entertaining family audiences.
