Attila started out in 1980, blagging spots for his poems and songs between bands at gigs. He quickly got a couple of John Peel radio sessions, a deal with Cherry Red Records and has even appeared on the cover of Melody Maker. He has performed well over 2000 gigs in 19 countries, and released CDs and books. See him perform at this exclusive Northern Lights gig in a fantastic venue in the centre of Newcastle.
