Since setting up The Bureau with Bertrand Faivre in 2000, Sol has produced Alexis Dos Santos’ stunning debut Glue, winner of the Young Jury Prize at Rotterdam 2006, and Best Film at the Buenos Aires Film Festival 2006, as well as co-producing Dagur Kari's multi award winning first feature Noi Albinoi (New Directors Award Special Commendation Edinburgh 2003), as well as Diane Bertrand's second feature L'Annulaire and Christian Carion's Joyeux Noël. She also produced Michael Radford's Addicted To The Stars, a segment from the Ten Minutes Older - The Cello compendium which premiered at Venice 2002.

In May 2005, Sol joined Film London as Creative Executive on their innovative micro buget feature film scheme, Microwave. The first wave of greenlit films will be announced in October 2006. Sol splits her time between Film London, and her own production company, The Bureau, where she is currently producing Hell Bent For Leather a pilot for a feature, directed by James Wood, and financing Alexis Dos Santos' second feature Unmade Beds.
