Ian Fenton was born in the border country of Scotland in 1966. He is the director of seven short films (including Black Dog) and writer of over twenty hours of prime time drama for the BBC and ITV. His work has won awards at the San Francisco International Film Festival, British Short Film Festival, and from the Royal Television Society.
