The winner of a host of European awards, this blackest of black comedies will make you laugh out loud and hide behind your hands in equal measure. Kaska is to be married to Janusz and it should be the happiest day of her life. However, the problem, or at least the first problem, is her father who is being chased by gangsters and the police. Add to this the surprise appearance of an old boyfriend, the dead body of her grandfather, some truly terrible catering and an almost inevitable blocked toilet and you have the ingredients for a crowd-pleasing comedy every bit as inventive and funny as a Bridget Jones' or a Notting Hill but with a deliciously dark edge.
