Catch this top-notch thriller before it’s badly remade by Hollywood! Murk is a psychological thriller with a real edge. After an attempted suicide that leaves her in a wheelchair, Julie announces her intention to marry her mysterious internet lover Anker. But when she takes her own life on her wedding night, her sudden death leaves her family devastated and confused.

The mystery deepens when Julie’s brother Jacob (Nikolaj Lie Kaas, The Idiots, Brothers) stumbles upon the fact that Anker may have been widowed once before. Travelling to Anker's remote small town of Murk to confront him, he finds him about to marry another woman, who is also in a wheelchair... Great stuff, like prime Ruth Rendell!
