Film Challenge 2004

TIME FOR BED

During the second international Northern Lights Film Festival Yipp Films produced six short innovative films made by six teams of directors, actors, cinematographers, and editors from across Northern Europe. They each made a film in twelve hours, filmed in suites at the Hilton Hotel in NewcastleGateshead.

Each film took as its departure point the same script by Kerri Hayden in which two people go to bed together for the first time, the rest was then open to interpretation by each production team.

An audience vote at the festival chose the film by Latvian Antra Cilinska - Time For Bed 6.

Due to the success of the project, a feature film is now in development between the countries of Sweden, Latvia, Norway, Poland, Estonia and the UK.
