Nicklas is a student in a small Swedish town. His mother has high expectations – he gets the good grades she expects and his future seems rosy – but one day after a misunderstanding, he is brutally beaten up by Anneli, the tough leader of the school bullies. At school the next day nobody notices or hears him – he has become totally invisible.
